Gold Country would like to recognize all the hard-working businesses in our area that go above and beyond to provide visitors and residents with an amazing vacation experience! Gold Country Tourism Symposium

Gold Country will be hosting their 3rd annual Tourism Symposium May 25th & 26th at the Cache Creek Community Hall.

Cache Creek Familiarization Tour

Friday May 25th 10am

Members of the travel trade, tourism industry, and media are invited to join in on this fun day exploring Cache Creek. The tour will visit Horsting’s Farm Market, adventure to Cache Creek Recreational Park, explore the shops and business and even stop for a visit to the landmark Hungry? Herbies.

Lunch is included, please inquire about attending!

Excellence in Gold Country Networking Evening

Friday, May 25th Cache Creek Community Hall.

An evening of dinner and awards! Gold County Communities Society will be hosting an evening dinner, followed by the presentation of awards, sponsored by Community Futures, from the Excellence of Gold Country Program. Welcome at 6pm, dinner at 630pm, awards presentation at 8pm. No-host bar with proceeds to Lions Club.

Saturday, May 26th Cache Creek Community Hall- Basement meeting room

A free one day workshop sponsored by Gold Country to Gold Country Stakeholders. This course introduces the principles of providing a quality service experience in the workplace and provides an understanding of the importance of exceptional customer service. Students will learn about workplace communication, problem-solving, customer and employer expectations, and more. 9:30am-4pm. Certificate upon completion
