Nicola Valley Naturalist Society Presentation: Dr. Rita Winkler – Floods, Beetles, Fires – Water Hydrology – How it Works.

The Nicola Watershed Community Round Table is hosting this free educational forum featuring Dr. Rita Winkler.
Rita is a Research Hydrologist with over 30 years of experience in forestry, applied hydrology, and water-related research.
Based in Kamloops she does consultant work in a wide range of hydrology topics and is an adjunct professor at TRU and UBC.
Very relevant to the experiences we have had in Merritt over the past 2 years.
