    #Onthetrail Tuesday Featuring the Mount Bowman R #Onthetrail Tuesday Featuring the Mount Bowman Recreation Trail located near Thompson-Nicola E, British Columbia close by to #ClintonBC Mount Bowman ia an 11.9 kilometre lightly trafficked back trail which features an outstanding forest setting that usually takes 3.5 hours to complete. this trail offers endless scenic views throughout every season! Be sure to wear appropriate footwear, be mindful of the trails and ensure you are aware of local wildlife. In Marble Edge Provincial Park to get to the trailhead of Mount Bowman off Jesmond road, follow the trail through the forest for the first portion of the hike, it is intermediate until you reach the campsites. The north turnoff goes towards Mount Bowman and this is where the hike really begins! There are trail markings to help you on your adventure. Our youngest farmers helped raise $136.65 for the flooded farmers at Spences Bridge. Free hot chocolate & cookie with donation booth, lots of smiles and a great evening at the Santa Clause parade in #AshcroftBC ! Great job kiddos!!!!•Let's help these kids build their donation!     Due to the recent rain, floods and mudslides some areas of the Interior are on evacuation alert, evacuation orders, or are preparing to leave if necessary. Once again, it is a challenging time to travel for recreation to the Gold Country Region/Interior. Many highways, and back roads are closed due restrictions from the 2021 wildfire season, and now due to flooding and landslides.
