Welcome to the 48th Annual Nicola Valley Pro Rodeo! Experience some of the fastest moving, most exciting and personally challenging events in professional sports. The contestants performing have travelled from all parts of Canada and the United States. They are here to attempt to build their winnings and eligibility for the Canadian finals Rodeo held in Edmonton this November and possiblly the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas in December. With all this talent, I am confident you will enjoy one of the finest rodeos on the Pro Circuit. For those who attend the rodeo each year, you will notice that the changes made last year continue once again this year. Our biggest change this year is an increase in added prize money, up by $1000.00 to $2,500.00 per event, hopefully, encouraging the best to compete here. Roy and Earl Call of C+ Rodeo make their sixth appearance as our stock contractor and I'm sure all will agree that their reputation for excellent bucking stock is second to none. The rodeo association would like you to welcome Tyson Pietsch, our announcer for this years event. Intermission features a Ranch Challenge Wild Cow Milking sponsored by Butch and Gail Sahara of Sahara Quarter Horses.
