Ashcroft Art Club Show & Sale
Apr 29th, 2006 The talented and enthusiastic members of the Ashcroft Arts Club highlight their work at the Ashcroft Arts Club Show, held in April of each year. This popular event is historically held at the St. Alban’s Anglican Church Hall, and has become an important date on many art lover’s calendars. It is a wonderful affair for art enthusiasts, from near and far. The five day event begins with an Adults-Only Reception on Friday evening. On this special night, you are invited to meet and chat with the Artists, enjoy delectable refreshments and take advantage of the opportunity to purchase your favorite local Artist’s finest work. The week continues with doors open for public viewing from Saturday to Tuesday. Special time is devoted to the area Elementary and Secondary School students – giving them a wonderful opportunity to experience this very important part of Ashcroft character. Artists interested in joining the Ashcroft Art Club are welcome to approach a club member. Weekly art sessions are held on Wednesdays, at St. Alban’s Anglican Church.
